Returns are available within 60 days of receipt. To request a return, use our Contact page and provide your order reference, the item concerned, and a brief explanation of your request. We will coordinate the next steps and provide the information needed for the return.
Please contact us before sending an item so that the return can be associated with the correct order. If an item arrived damaged, differs from the item ordered, or presents another concern, describe the issue in your message. Keep the information needed to identify your purchase available while the request is reviewed.
Refund processing takes 5–10 days after the return is received and approved. This processing window begins at that point, rather than when the initial request is submitted. If you have a question about a pending refund, contact us with your order and return references.
